“For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:38-39 “When he shall come with trumpet sound, O may I then in him be found,
dressed in his righteousness alone, faultless to stand before the throne.
On Christ, the solid rock, I stand; all other ground is sinking sand,
all other ground is sinking sand”
-Edward Mote
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.””
Matthew 28:19-20 Our hot days and warm nights will soon turn this into “high cotton” Home grown tomatoes from our garden! Rose of Sharon, not really a rose but a hibiscus…hummers love them! Do you think Braden knows it’s National Ice Cream Day? With our temps in the upper 90’s, hope this snow pic from my front yard last winter cools you off! Allie’s homemade apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! A horse is a horse, of course, of course… And the sun sets on another beautiful summer day…Hummingbirds love the trumpet creeper vine! Ice cream on a hot summer day! The clouds seem endless at the observatory in Jacksonville, a city nearby! One of my favorite publications is celebrating National Ice Cream Day!
“I was glad when they said to me,
‘Let us go to the house of the Lord!’”

Your tomatoes are gorgeous! I feel so at home here – your surroundings are so close to mine. We have soybeans this year, and they’re starting to be stressed with too little rain – so typical in July. Your cotton looks full and healthy, and what a contrast to the snow. All beautiful, though. That little Braden sure is a cutie! God bless~

Kim, thank you my friend! It has been so hot and dry here, but finally yesterday we did get some rain! I wish for you a joy-filled week!

Wow! I can’t believe you have 3 bushels of tomatoes from your garden! I am waiting for one to show up on my one plant! Your pictures are gorgeous! The winter scene looks great after the 90 and humid weather we had over the weekend. We have been eating more ice cream lately, having found a fabulous new ice cream shop!
