“The heavens are yours; the earth also is yours;
the world and all that is in it, you have founded them”
Psalm 89:11
Maybe you’re noticing a pattern on Tablescape Tuesday…I just can’t make myself go inside! The weather is beautiful, the pollen is gone, and the puffy white clouds against the most gorgeous blue sky is calling my name! Oh yeah…and we spent the weekend planting our flowers and vegetables! Bliss! There is no reason to stay indoors when God’s beautiful creation is literally in my backyard! Grab a glass of sweet iced tea and have a seat at our fun and fruity tablescape!
Late Sunday afternoon is a favorite time to be outside in our garden space…
…but, I must admit that I have to incorporate a better system of taking all my tableware out to the garden. Right now, I am making lots of trips from the kitchen to the garden!

Lemon napkin rings from Sur la Table marked way, way down!

Butch and I went to Birmingham last Friday to eat at a favorite restaurant (Bottega), and then a stop by Whole Foods and of course, flowers jumped into the cart!
A floating candle in small vases with oranges!
Water hyacinth placemats add texture!
I love this citrus tablecloth I bought at TJ Maxx last year. It is made in Italy and great quality at a TJ Maxx bargain!

Ahh…your table is so fresh, light, and beautiful. Your floating candles with oranges are intriguing me. Is there an entire hollowed-out orange in each votive – with water and floating candle inside? Or is the votive filled with water and orange pieces? I wish for a closer peak into those, but my brain is dreaming up hollowed-out oranges as votives themselves with water and candle inside. I have another fruit tablescape rolling around in my head. It’s been there for a month now. We finally have dry weather, but it’s so windy on most days…which is wonderful when working outside. Your garden planting time seems to have been perfectly placed with the weather since these past few days have crept up the temperature (and humidity) dial. I’m thrilled that it’s time to spend time with you in your garden again this year. I only wish it were for real! Tuesday blessings!
Kim, the vases have sliced oranges with a floating candle on top. Thank you for your sweet words. I can’t wait to see that Tablescape floating around in your mind come to fruition! Happy Wednesday!
Gorgeous, Pam. You need to get yourself a wagon or garden trug on wheels to cart your tablescapes to /from the house! 🙂
Thanks, Rita! I have tried a wagon and ours is not large enough! But, I must get something because I love being outdoors!
Dolores
That beauty to your table !!! I read the comment of Kim and I join him not to repeat the same things. I also want to highlight the detail of candles with orange slices … Super beautiful !.
dear Pam, have very good taste and is a delight to be with you in your garden. Enjoy it, my friend, as we enjoyed in the distance.
Fondly
Dolores
Querida Dolores, cómo me gustaría que pudiera pasar tiempo conmigo en el jardín! ¿No sería encantador para sentarse y charlar? Muchas gracias por sus lindos comentarios! Deseándoles una agradable velada! Abrazos, Pam
Oh, Pam, what a special spring table! The colors all just pop and I love the tablecloth, napkins, lemon napkin rings and centerpiece. All the components and colors just sing! How about a tea cart with wheels that would look wonderful in your house and serve a function as well to transport table needs? Thanks for sharing this today. Rosie @ The Magic Hutch
Rosie, thanks so much for your gracious comments! A tea cart is a great idea and I just need to look around for the perfect one! Happy Wednesday!
Love the springy refreshing cheery colors!
Thanks so much, Esther!
Yes, I would definitely say that this is outdoor bliss!!
Shirley, we love being outdoors! Tablescaping outside is much easier than inside, because nature provides everything!
Beautiful table and beautiful setting, Pam.
Thank you, Sarah!
Oh!!!! I lost my comment. I’ll start over.
Love the cheerful colors. The napkin rings are so cute and the napkins compliment the cloth perfectly. Glasses make it pop. Such a lovely setting but I can relate to the work carrying it all outside.
It’s really lovely.
I enjoyed all the posts you shared at the Garden Party at Thoughts of Home. That was a fun party. I’m still reading posts since I was out of town.
Have a great week.
Bonnie, thanks so much! I am behind, also…but trying to catch up! I read your butterfly post and commented, beautiful photos, my friend!
It’s splendid Pam! I love the tablecloth layered with the water hyacinth mats and paired with the bright green chevron napkins! And then the pops of yellow and orange! Fabulous, love it all!
Jenna
Thanks so much, Jenna!
Again, I want to come over! Love the oranges with the floating candle! The whole thing is beautiful!

Thanks so much, Lori! It is a beautiful time of year!
Nothing like dining in the garden this beautiful time of year. Love your fresh and fruity table! The tablecloth and napkin rings are darling. Love it when we find great things for a great price! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
hugs,
Jann
I do love a bargain, Jann! Thanks so much!
Outdoor bliss indeed and oh so pretty Pam! I love that gorgeous tablecloth! We have a new Sur la Table that’s opened nearby that’s going to be trouble for my wallet 🙂
Mary, thanks so much for your visit, I so appreciate it! Fortunately, I have to drive 60 miles to Birmingham for all the great home stores and that is a good thing or my wallet would definitely suffer! Happy Monday!
I love this time of year when we can eat outside and linger. I don’t set as pretty a table as you, but this certainly inspires me.
Thanks for sharing with SYC.
Carol, you are too kind! Everything you do is lovely!
Pam, Your table looks so fresh. The citrus tablecloth is lovely. I think the tangerine glasses are the best. Thanks for sharing. Sylvia D.

Thanks for hosting your party!
So pretty! I love your citrus inspired tablescape! I love using a big old basket and a tray to get all my ‘stuff’ outdoors to the table! I am sure you already have a couple of those around! I have pinned this to my group Tabletop board, if you follow it and send me a message, I will add you so you can pin to the board, too! I would be so honored if you could stop by and share this pretty table at Celebrate Your Story! link party. Here is the link, I hope we see you there! http://celebrateanddecorate.com/celebrate-story-24/
