“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal…
…but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
Matthew 6:19-21

Sweet Ella Mae decided to try and rock herself!
Our trio of patio peaches were bitten by the late frost!

What beautiful images and thoughts behind them. Such a pretty church and I do love a Japanese maple. That pizza looks fascinating. I think I would like to discover the flavors of that one. Must be fabulous! Your recipe?
Jeanie, thank you. The pizza is from a fabulous Italian restaurant in Birmingham and it was fabulous!
Such a beautiful way to start Sunday Pam! You have such an eye for capturing a small detail and elevating it to importance! Ella Mae is a living baby doll, and that pizza looks amazing [hold the crawfish on mine please] It’s wonderful to see the world bursting with new growth…I hope you have a wonderful day,
Jenna
Jenna, you are so kind…have a wonderful Sunday!
Thank you for the “Southern Sunday” photos reminding us of the beginning of Springtime has started to bloom. “For the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The flowers are springing up and the time of the singing of birds has come.” ~ Song of Solomon 2:11-12 Yes, SPRING is here.”
Beautiful scripture and thanks for sharing it with me…Blessings Lupe!
Your photographs are an act of worship in themselves. Thank you.
Susan, I pray that whatever I do that it brings honor to Christ…Happy Sunday!
Me gusta verla crecer. Hoy he estado en el cumpleaños de mi nieto David (el rubio) que cumple 6 años.
Un gran abrazo
Dolores
Spectacular the images of today and the messages that you transmit to us. All beautiful and interesting. I highlight the image of the birch, it is fascinating.
Ella Mae every day is more beautiful, really is very sweet and soon will be 1 year. I like to watch it grow. Today I was on the birthday of my grandson David (the blonde) who turns 6 years old.
A big hug
Dolores
Hola Dolores, creo que los abedules son tan inusuales y me encanta su corteza peely. ¡Feliz cumpleaños a tu querido David! Es difícil creer que Ella Mae pronto será un año de edad … el tiempo pasa demasiado rápido! Abrazos, Pam
Hello Dolores, I think the birch trees are so unusual and I love their peely bark. Happy birthday to your darling David! It is hard to believe that Ella Mae will soon be a year old…time passes too quickly! Hugs, Pam
I love the spring colors…I am very envious of the burst of colors in the Spring that you have. South Florida is hot & muggy & wet but I must be honest…this year has been “Springy” and actually very enjoyable!!
That grand-baby is simply adorable & beautiful!

I’ve always wanted a Japanese Maple. Maples don’t grow well here, though. I enjoyed seeing yours! I was out of town this weekend. On my drive home yesterday, I was amazed how green things had become while I was away. Yay, spring! I hope you had a wonderful Sunday! 🙂
