“And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 1:6
Happy Monday dear friends, and welcome to a week full of Fall inspired fun! If you are here for the first time, welcome to my little corner of the blog world otherwise known as Everyday Living! Today I am joining a group of talented bloggers to bring you a Fall Tablescape Blog Hop hosted by Chloe at Celebrate & Decorate…be sure to scroll all the way down to the bottom to see the full line up! Since my favorite season is soon approaching, I am so excited to kick this week off in the garden with a box of autumn!
Autumn’s colors invite you to the table to stay and linger in celebration of the season!
Spode “woodland” dinner plates are the perfect autumn pattern. Each plate has a different bird…you’ll see the pheasant on this one. American Atelier “baroque” chargers and tortoise flatware add to each place setting.
What says autumn better than sparkling apple cider in a copper cup?! You’ll also notice stemware in shades of peridot, amethyst, and amber… my go-to for fall!
Feather placemats with their soft texture often grace my autumn tables!
Searching through my table linens, I found this tablecloth I had completely forgotten about. Am I the only one who does that?
The centerpiece is packed full of flowers and clippings from the garden…sunflowers, hydrangeas, nandina, zinnias, angelonias, and purple fountain grass plumes! My Renaissance Man arranged it beautifully in a wooden box. You can see how I have used the box here and here.
Amber napkin rings hold gold linen napkins!
“…I cannot endure to waste anything so precious as autumnal sunshine by staying in the house. So I have spent almost all the daylight hours in the open air.”
Nathaniel Hawthorne
Autumn calls for all things pumpkin including Butch’s great-aunt’s pumpkin bread recipe!
A pair of faux antler candle stands seem perfect as deer are constantly in our pasture!
“A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver.” Proverbs 25:11
“Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower”
Albert Camus
“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1
There are subtle hints that the days of summer are waning and autumn will soon arrive in all of its glory!
I am so grateful for your visits and comments. It is my hope that you are inspired to set the table and invite family and friends to celebrate the beauty of autumn!

I love your tale for Fall, starting from that lovely Autumnal tablecloth. The box centerpiece s awesome; I have a tool box and a dough bowl I use for Tksgiving or to decorate Autumn.
You are so talented my friend, your dishes are lovely, which makes for a gorgeous tablescape ! Very inspiring.
Hugs,
Fabby

It’s all beautiful, but I must say you would have had my eye with just the pumpkin bread and sunflowers! Love ’em both! Thanks for sharing your beautiful tablescapes with your readers.

I know this is very old but I must find those glasses. Can you identify them please?
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Yes, those came from Tuesday Morning many years ago. I have never seen them since.
