“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.”
1 John 4:7-8
Hello sweet friends! I do hope your week is off to a great start. Our weekend was packed with lots of fun activities and food! We attended a beautiful outdoor wedding on Sunday afternoon with perfect fall weather…bright blue skies, a gentle breeze and 75 degree temps…it was a picturesque day! We will attend another wedding this Saturday…apparently, autumn has become a favorite season for weddings! In the midst of busy, I did find time for tablescaping on the patio. With the perfect blend of gorgeous light, bold colors, distinct smells, and rustic texture, it strikes a chord of Autumn’s Harmony!
It occurred to me that I had not set a table on the patio since early July. So with little effort this table came together using what I had!
I have bins of fall “stuff” that I have collected over the years including several Department 56 pumpkins. Three of them were dusted off and became a part of the centerpiece.
The garden in the background has taken on the colors of the season!

Faux floral stems were worked around the trio of pumpkins. I love fresh flowers, but I didn’t have time to make it to the grocery store.
Rattan chargers, American Atelier dinner plates, and pumpkin soup bowls make up the plate stack.
For more autumn inspiration, you can see how I used the cotton floral tablecloth here.
Autumn sunlight created beautiful shadows!

Thank you dear readers for each visit and comment. You truly make my day!

Lovely! You know, I’m in love with fall ❤
So am I, Donna. Thanks so much!
What a perfect compliment to Fall Pam…your tablescape is just lovely and I adore the Dept 56 pumpkins against all your autumnal colors of your garden. You did it again…inspiration eeverywhere.
Hugs and blessings
Thank you dear Kari. Wishing you a wonderful day! I couldn’t link to the party last night.
This is so pretty! I love the patio, and have missed your settings out there. My garden is completely tucked in for the winter, just waiting on a few trees’ leaves to drop and rake. I love seeing your fall splendor and lasting season, but I’m sure you enjoyed the true respite of fall weather at the wedding. We’ve had many of those in the past few weeks. A wedding on a Sunday? Unusual, but I guess there are no rules anymore……
Thanks Rita! The past two days have been picture perfect as far the weather. There are more weddings on Sunday it seems, that was unheard of years ago. Have a wonderful Tuesday!
Just beautiful Pam! All your elements are beautifully and harmoniously coordinated for an autumn table! I adore he shots of your garden in the background!
Thank you so much Mary! We have had gorgeous fall weather the past couple of days?
Pam, everything is simply gorgeous. I so love the photo of the shadows on the side of your home and the garden background is beautiful. I would thoroughly enjoy being a guest at such a beautiful table.
Enjoy these autumn days, with your precious pumpkin.
Thank you dear Sandra. The last couple of days have been picture perfect! Blessings~
I love your beautiful pumpkins! Fall would be a spectacular time for a wedding. My theory on Sunday weddings is college football. Pity the poor bride that planned a wedding during a Clemson game…even the groom wouldn’t show up!
Roxanne, you are correct. If you want folks to come to a fall wedding in Alabama, you better make sure it doesn’t interfere with Alabama or Auburn games. If it does, you want have a very large crowd for your wedding!
What a wonderful fall table setting. I love the pumpkin bowls.
Thank you Penny. Have a wonderful day!
You have used the perfect combination of color and content to make a perfect autumn table. Love the Dept. 56 pumpkins and these colored stems work beautifully. Of course, your garden in the background is the perfect backdrop. Blessings to you Pam.
Thank you so much Dianne!
Lovely autumn table. I love everything on the table that you so effortlessly put together! It was fun to view your other table with the same tablecloth. Do you have to look back on your tables to remember? I do. It’s amazing how easily I forget what I did.
Happy Birthday! I think it is today.
Yes, today is the day. Thank you Bonnie. I have to look at my tables from the week before to even remember what I did?
Beautiful, Pam, so seasonal and lovely for a warm autumn meal.
Thank you Carole!
Pam friend, how beautiful is autumn!
The table is a compendium of the beauty of autumn colors, but the last photo of the center of your garden with the sculptural group of children is exceptional.
It is an image that sums up all the beauty of autumn and the garden, that every day I have had the opportunity to see her grow thanks to her kindness to show it.
The pumpkins are beautiful.
A hug
Bendiciones, Pam
Pam, You have an incredible patio & yard, but more importantly you have the Father’s eye for beauty. I love fall the most, haven’t done any tablesettings yet-maybe when my brother and sil come for Thanksgiving. Each detail of your design adds another beautiful element. Your posts always reflect Him.
Hugs,
Noreen
Thank you Noreen for your encouraging comments. You are always so gracious and kind❤️
Perfectly beautiful. Why would you ever leave home with such a gorgeous garden? And then there is Miss Eela Mae too.
Thank you Alice!
Correction, Miss Ella Mae. We are driving back from SD to Co and this big old truck is bumpy.

The word I thought of when I scrolled through your post was “serene”. Beautiful table, beautiful feeling
So gorgeous Pam, and that pumpkin is swoon worthy! I love your green and brown stemware too…such a seriously PERFECT Fall table, suitable for any fall gathering including Thanksgiving! Sunday was a perfect fall day, I spent the afternoon at the baseball park. My daughter was married in Oct., and everyone said you can’t get married during football season! ? But Fall is so perfect for outdoor events in Alabama, enjoy the weather!
Jenna
Thank you Jenna. Our son was also married in October. We are supposed to have lots of rain today!
