“With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.”
Psalms 119:10-11
Another glorious rise and shine!
Venus and Jupiter have graced our mornings this winter when we’ve been fortunate enough to have clear skies!
“I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord!””
Psalms 122:1
Ella Mae is always excited about something, especially Mickey and Minnie these days!
With the weather we’ve been having lately, seems like finding a good book and staying indoors is a good idea.
We are definitely not in drought!
We think he is aware we are on the porch with a camera. We have been detected!
Thanks to Appalachian Digital Media for a great view of the Smoky Mountains!
Late afternoon winter beauty on the lake!
” Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever”.

Her hair is growing! Those mountains look familiar except with no gum trees!
Thanks for sending your posts. Will be over for a visit.
Beautiful photography Pam. I’ve never been to your area but with your photos I get a good understanding of the beauty that surrounds you. Do the deer come into your yard and snack on the plants? Our daughter has that issue in Olympia Wa.
The deer get very close to our garden, last year they ate my sunflowers. They are beautiful creatures, but are major pests as their population seems to swell.
Happy glorious Sunday morning, Pam! After torrential rains yesterday, we awoke to a full moon at 5:30! The skies should be clear for the lunar eclipse here tonight. Your winter photos are stunning! And is there anything more attractive in a young lady (of any age) than a good sense of humor?!? Praying all our friends further north stay safe and warm.
We just have been watching the lunar eclipse. It is very cold, but perfectly clear. Such a wonder is the universe that our a Creator made!
Beautiful pictures! You live in a peaceful and gorgeous place!Have a blessed Sunday!
Thank you Maristella!
Love your simple Sundays. EM is such a doll. Like your new profile pic too, Pam. Maybe not new, but I’m just noticing. 🙂
Thank you Rita. You are most observant, the pic is new.
Beautiful Sunday morning with you, dear friend. Your photos, as always, are wonderful. I especially love Ella Mae and your afternoon photo of the lake. It is dumping down the snow here in WV this morning. Our thoughts are the same about a good day for reading. I am about half way through the “Hearts of Resistance,” i am enjoying it. Have a wonderful day, stay warm! .
Thank you Sandra. I know the snow is lovely as it quietens everything. Wishing you a beautiful week!
The deer is amazing, like he was posing for you!! This weather is ridiculous, another day to bundle up with a blanket! I love the star photo and the aerial your son took, gorgeous! I hope you have a lovely cozy Sunday Pam!
Jenna
Yes, a very cold day in Alabama. Stay warm Jenna!
Beautiful and peaceful photos, and another great photo of Ella Mae. I am enjoying my cup of coffee looking out at the snow covered mountains in Steamboat Springs, and Tara and Stephen and the girls just left for their first day of skiing. I am reminded of how blessed we all are.
Have fun with the family. Y’all are making so many wonderful memories. Yes we are so blessed.
Lovely pics, all of them could tell their own story. Ella Mae looks as though she is having a girl to Grandma conversation and loving every minute of it! What wonderful memories you are making for her! I love the buck pic. We see them occasionally but more often the does with their babies. It’s so relaxing to see a half dozen or so grazing in our front yard. Once you’re spotted, they snort & prance off as if to say “you interrupted my meal”! I just love nature; God is so very good to us! That church is so very inviting. The architecture & paint color is beautiful and I can just imagine the crepe myrtles blooming in the summer. Wishing you a relaxing Sunday. Stay warm! Clara
Thank you sweet Clara. God is so very good and faithful to us. Wishing you a warm and cozy week!
Oh sweet Emma! My Sunday Morning devotions with you and your photography is exceptional! Thank you!
Thank you Nancy!
I don’t always get into blogger land on Sundays because I’m usually at church on Sunday mornings and the rest of the day goes without blogger time. However, I am at home this morning due to a health issue, so happily opened your Sunday post. What joy and inspiration your pictures and comments brought to me this morning. Thank you. I just listened to a TV message on seeing and speaking God’s Word and I know your Sunday post reinforced that lesson to me. Thank you. May God continue to bless you as you share His Word literally and through images of His creation that speak His visual Word. Thank you!
I hope you are feeling better Elizabeth. I am so sorry you were home today from church today, but so happy that you stopped in for a visit. Take care of yourself ❤️
I hope Ella Mae never tires of being your blogging model! As always, one of my favorite Sunday stops.
Thank you sweet Jeanie, I love your visits!
Pam the pictures are beautiful. I especially like the Venus and Jupiter one. We look for the planets, moon and stars when the sky is clear. There is no sky like a clear winter one. Ella Mae is a cutie.
Marion
The photos are gorgeous. The one with the deer is adorable as is Ella Mae. Love the Venus and Jupiter one .
HAPPY SUNDAY
Marilyn
Have a great week Marilyn and thank you!
Oh, sweet friend! I SO look forward to coming here and visiting with you and seeing your amazing photos, creations, and encouraging Scriptures. That little Ella Mae is just so adorable. It is so precious to see life anew through a little one’s eyes, isn’t it? God is so good to us all, and even in the midst of life’s storms, we have SO much to praise Him for. Thank you for always drawing my heart to Him and reminding me of that. Sending love and hugs your way!
You are a sweet encourager dear friend. Thank you for every visit.
The photos are all so peaceful and speak to our hearts. I love the Psalms quotes. So much of Psalms could be a prayer. Love seeing Ella Mae always. How blessed all of you are. What a blessing you are to us.
Thanks so much Dianne. Your thoughts are always so special.
I love stargazing Pam! We can see Mars in our night sky at the moment.
Blessings,
Jennifer
Jennifer, our night skies have been beautiful!
I just received a Dobsian telescope, so my husband & I have been having great fun looking at the stars 😀
