“I will praise you, Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples.
For great is your love, higher than the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies.
Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.”
Psalm 108:3-5
We are thinking if there was a way to know how many tons of goods and materials have been transported along this route through the years, the number would be staggering!
Resilient grass! We mow it down, roll it up, and sit it at the edge of the pasture to endure the winter and it pops right out after only a few mild days.
She loved making these Valentine cookies but we think enjoyed eating them more. Of course some were shared with her mommy and daddy!
Preparations are made for the hungry crowd who happen to love a day nice enough to eat outside. There is something special about alfresco!
It is also very special when a dear friend prepares this for you and serves you in style.
It is crappie time here in the south. This is a very tasty fish in case our friends in other parts of the world are wondering; what is a crappie?
Winter beauty in our Historic District!
Magnificent! Great way to end any day.

Thank you Rita!
I love crappie! Mama loved to fish and we had crappie if she had good luck fishing. Do you fish Pam?
Crappie and hushpuppies, now that is good eating! I don’t fish, but my Daddy used to catch a lot of crappie and my beloved Mom knew how to cook them!
Rita wrote exactly what I was going to say! Love this series!
Thank you sweet Jeanie!
The princess always brightens up my day…Sooo cute!Lovely pictures!Have a blessed day!
Thank you sweet Maristella!
All, simply beautiful. Of course my favorites are the ‘precious little one,’ and the sunset. I do think you should do a book of all your glorious sunsets.
Wishing you and yours a most beautiful day and week ahead!❤?
Thank you sweet friend!

Jenna, Ella Mae wants to help every time I cook anything!
Hi Pam, Beautiful photos, always look forward to Sunday! The cookies look tasty & Ella Mae looks so cute in her little dress showing off both of your backing talents (she’ll remember these precious moments). The salad is so colorful and looks delicious on the beautiful plate. Oh that wonderful sunset, God’s beauty can’t be beat! Love the historic district house and the brick church with the arched windows. Can’t wait to eat outside & walk along a body of water without shivering! Spring will be here soon! Wishing you a relaxing day. Clara ❤️
Baking talents, auto correct is so frustrating!
Looking forward to spring dear Clara. We are expecting 8 inches of rain this week. We have had so many gray skies, it makes me appreciate when the sun peeks through! Blessings always~
Oh I love Crappie!!
But I love your Sunday pictures even more. And your little princess! ?
Fried crappie and hushpuppies with slaw is hard to beat!
It is so refreshing to be reminded of Our Lord and His love, in today’s social media! Your family is a fortunate one!
Thank you!
Thank you Maria, blessings!
I remember my daddy and uncle fishing for crappie. If any were caught my mother and aunt would fry them up along with hushpuppies. You’ve inspired a pleasant memory.
My beloved mother knew how to cook crappie and hush puppies…so delicious!
Ella Mae looks like a Valentine in that sweet little top. Your photos of the sky and clouds always amaze me. And that salad….I could devour the entire plate of it. Every year about this time, my body just craves fresh fruit. Hope you have a joy filled week, Pam.
Thank you Roxanne, the salad was delicious and the fellowship even better!
The sparkle in Ella Mae’s eyes tell it all. She loved making cookies and eating them! Precious memories!
That salad looks delicious.
Looking forward to Monday Blooms tomorrow.
Thank you Bonnie. She loves to stand at the counter to help.
So beautiful, as always! Little Ella Mae just gets cuter by the day! I can just imagine how much fun it was to bake the cookies with her and see her enjoy them! God bless you, sweet friend!
Beautiful pictures as always, but that salad really hit a chord with me. But, your beautiful little Ella Mae wins hands down. Such a doll!
Thanks so much sweet Libby!
Serenely beautiful scenic photos, but I especially love your photo of your little love with the Valentine cookies. Precious!
