“He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly.
Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus”
Revelation 22:20
“All of creation, all of the earth, make straight a highway
A path for the Lord. Jesus is coming soon!
Call back the sinner, wake up the saint, let every nation
Shout of Your fame! Jesus is coming soon!
Like a bride waiting for her groom, we’ll be a church
ready for you! Every heart longing for our King
We sing…even so come, Lord Jesus come”

The Malbis Greek Orthodox Church located a few miles north of Fairhope, AL There is no regular congregation but it has served as the private church for the Malbis family since its dedication in 1965! A gentleman that I went to church with as a child and until he passed away laid the gorgeous stone work! The intricate Hibiscus bloom. We plant two every spring and love seeing new blooms daily! Adorable Virginia was riding in style for her recent third birthday! If you take a little time, you can observe the artistry of the Creator! Up close and personal with a mushroom nestled in our grass!Veal tenderloin at yes, you guessed…Bottega! Adirondack chair on the edge of Weiss Lake makes for a relaxing afternoon!“Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens!”
Psalm 150:1 “Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness!”
Psalm 150:2 “Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe!”
Psalm 150:3-4 “Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals!” Psalm 150:5 “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!”
Psalm 150:6 Scented fields of lavender in Provence! My five plants look rather sparse in comparison!
“I was glad when they said to me,
‘Let us go to the house of the Lord!’”
Psalm 122:1

The lovely pictures of the cloud formations gave me goosebumps. It certainly does remind me of my creator. I could surely sit and reflect while sitting on the little red chair by the lake. What a serene setting and one I could use to collect my thoughts and find peace. Thank you for sharing such wonderful pictures of astounding nature.

Hi Pam! I always enjoy your Simple Southern Sunday posts. I must say, your photography skills are fantastic. Love that close-up of the mushroom. I always focus on flowers and “pretty things” and never take the time to photograph little common things. I love your outlook on how we should view the world. Taking mental notes. 🙂 Thanks for sharing at Inspiration Thursday! Have a great week!

Lela, thank so much for the gracious comments and for the opportunity to share on Inspiration Thursday!
