When it comes to social media, I was late to the party. It took me a while to warm up to the idea of getting on Facebook, I’ve only been on Instagram two years, I started blogging in 2014, and I have a Twitter that I hardly check. I think social media can get a bad rap, and rightly so…but it’s not all bad. Actually, I’ve really grown to love one…and that one is Instagram.
To me, Instagram has become a magazine of sorts. I love to relax and “thumb” through pictures posted by the 600+ people that I follow. And the content they post runs the gamut. On any given day as I look through my feed, I see everything from home decor to beautiful travel destinations to make-your-mouth-water food to pigs dressed up as Alabama fans…yep, you read that right! Today I want to share some of my favorite Instagram users with you…and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do everyday!

Jenn, I so understand. I get easily overwhelmed with all the social media!
I know I should get involved on Instagram, but Facebook, Pinterest, and HomeTalk give me plenty of action to keep up with. I’ve heard we should give most of our attention to only a couple, our most active social media accounts. So, Twitter and Instagram see me only a little each day – sometimes none at all. I’m inspired at least to follow your Instagram inspirations (and I don’t think I’ve even followed you there – yikes!). I have some work to do – or should I say “fun”? 🙂
Kim, I certainly understand, too much social media is overwhelming. Instagram is easier for me than Twitter! I may go several days and not even look at Twitter! It is what works best for us! Happy Wednesday!

I am only a few months into Instagram and it has quickly become my favorite also. It is like scrolling a magazine where you can customize the content. Who doesn’t love that. You have great accounts here I wen’t and followed most of them. Thanks for sharing at Home Sweet Home!

I love Instagram for the quick scroll and just a double tap to “like”. I really got into it when I had hand surgery. I could tap, but I couldn’t type on my computer when reading blogs.
