Strolling through the historic district of our small city!
We attended a beautiful wedding yesterday and I just loved the doughnut station! Yummy!
Nothing says “relax” like rocking chairs in the the warm sunshine!
Justin David is all boy…playing with sticks and enjoying the sunshine! Isn’t he a doll?
Maltagliati with rabbit, Marsala, carrots, and chives…have you ever eaten rabbit?
A darling young lady was on a school trip to Washington, D.C. last week and captured the National Mall in the snow with the Washington Monument in the distance. Beautiful shot, Lily!
Robert E. Lee Memorial (Arlington House) overlooking Arlington Cemetery.
Lily captured this shot of the U.S. Capitol from the Library of Congress.

I have eaten rabbit twice in France and it was very good. Your dish is different and I will have to refer back to my pictures to remember. I know it did not have pasta.
The snow pictures of Washington D.C. are pretty and those flowers are gorgeous.

Thanks sweet, Bonnie! We didn’t order the rabbit at Bottega, but our waiter wanted me to try it, it was excellent!

Beautiful stained glass windows! That’s one of my favorite things about church houses. Well, who could resist one (or six) of those doughnuts? Thanks for sharing the pictures of our nation’s capitol. We need reminders of our nation’s history often. I hope you have a wonderfully blessed Sunday, Pam!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thanks so much sweet friend. I love stained glass windows, also!

I am one of those who likes rabbit and try it whenever I see it on a menu. Last year when we were in Florence, I even tried my hand at preparing it and it turned out quite well. BTW, one of my granddaughters was also in DC last week.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Linda, I have prepared deer, elk, and antelope but never rabbit!

I love stained glass windows & everything floral. I love doughnuts & gained 40 lbs during my freshman year when I was introduced to them 48 years ago when I first came to college in the States. I am usually very adventurous but I have never tried rabbit – I have dissected too many in college and so cannot bring myself to eat any! I love the snow pictures but I am a Florida girl at heart and can’t beat the cold!
I love this collection & really enjoyed the captions!
Thank you for your daily faithfulness in doing this blog…it has inspired me, captivated me, encouraged me & motivated me! ❤❤❤

Thanks so much my encouraging friend. What a fun story of your college days and thanks for sharing it with me. You are so petite, 40 pounds???

Love the donut display. Would love to do this when it’s my turn to bring refreshments to Sunday school. Love ur black g-so peaceful & beautiful. I grew up in Gadsden. Fun to see hometown pix. God bless u!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Eda, how neat that you grew up in Gadsden. When did you leave and do you come back for visits? Thanks so much for commenting!
Margaret Robinson says
This is not meant as a criticism, but just a comment – perhaps not letting that very young child have a stick would be, in the future, a very good thing. They can have all sorts of insects and various growths that might prove hazardous to a child. Not to mention puncturing his mouth or any other part of his face.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
I agree, Margaret. This is not my grandchild, but I do think he is a doll. The photo was not meant to encourage this at all, but saying boys will be boys. Thank you so much for your concern. Blessings~

Dolores
Hi Pam, I do not want to end my day without making my presence in your Sunday post. As always beautiful everything. I love that table with all kinds and variety of donuts … You know I’ve never eaten a donut?
Neither rabbit. The reason is that they look like domestic animals and I feel sorry for them.
Despite the donuts and the rabbit I assure you that I am completely a normal person … hahahaha
A hug

¡Hola Dolores, deseándoles un feliz lunes! Creo que los donuts son un lujo americano y se cargan con calorías. ¡No los como a menudo! Enviando abrazos
Hello Dolores, Wishing you a Happy Monday! I think donuts are an American treat and they are loaded with calories. I do not eat them very often! Sending hugs!
