“For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night,
but joy comes with the morning”
Psalm 30:5
“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing,
you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,
that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent.
O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever!”
Psalm 30:11-12

Dolores
Dear Pam, Sunday is the day of beautiful images. I highlight the photo of the flag waving in the wind, proud of itself … If you knew the envy that causes me to observe the pride of America with its flag !! Unfortunately in Spain there are more people who hate her and that worries me a lot.
I did not know that the zucchini flowers were eaten … I love the news.
All beautiful, all relaxing, thank you for sharing it.
Feliz domingo querida Dolores, gracias por tu dulce visita. Flores de calabacín y flores de calabaza son deliciosos, tienen un sabor delicado! ¡Deseándole una semana llena de alegría! Bendiciones y abrazos, Pam
Happy Sunday dearest Dolores, thank you for your sweet visit. Zucchini blossoms and squash blossoms are delicious, they have a delicate flavor! Wishing for you a joy-filled week! Blessings and hugs, Pam
Pam querida, después de releer mi comentario quiero aclarar que a la bandera a la que me refiero que no gusta es la española, me ha dado la impresión que estaba confuso. Nunca confusiones de este calibre.
Dolores, I understood what you were saying, no worries!
Oh my, those squash blossom appetizers! Did you make those Pam? And the surprise pumpkin – quite large! I hope Hudson had a spotter on the spot. 😉 See you tomorrow in the garden. Enjoy your Sunday.
Hudson’s mom was right there under the tree! The zucchini blossoms were so delicate and delicious, I enjoyed those Friday night at our favorite restaurant in Birmingham! See you tomorrow!
Which restaurant Pam? I so want to try those. 🙂 gwingal
Yay! A brush pile pumpkin patch! Water it, I say. How fun to have volunteer pumpkins this year. 🙂 Your town is so pretty with beautiful homes. Wish I could have been there for First Friday. It sure looks fun! Happy Sunday, Pam.
Thank you my friend!
Neat pumpkin surprise! Loving those zucchini blossoms. I enjoyed some in Italy and they were tasty. You are so blessed to be near Bottega!
I have one late clematis, also.
See you tomorrow at Gardens Galore.
Bonnie, the zucchini blossoms were fabulous!
One of my favorite TV segments is the last few minutes of CBS Sunday Morning when they show nature or just lovely video. It’s so peaceful, a good way to start that day. Your post evokes the same feelings. Beautiful churches, homes, flowers, scenes of life. I love it.
Thank you Jeanie, I like that, Scenes of Life!
Lucky you to find pumpkins growing! Love those antique cars! And I would love to have a zucchini blossom~beautiful photos~

The church, the barn, historic home, flowers, flag, butterflies, good food (looks delicious), antique cars, pumpkin growing on the vine and a child playing….it speaks of the values I hold so dear. It is a wonderful mixture of all the things that say America. Just wonderful! See you tomorrow. Dianne
A church, a barn, a home, flowers, good food, pumpkins growing on a vine, antique cars, flag flying, child playing….things we value. Beautiful and meaningful! See you tomorrow. God Bless. Dianne
God bless you, Dianne!

Happy Autumn, Sandra!
I am behind because we were out of town over the weekend, but your simple Sunday is just as good on Tuesday!
I saw where you were in Atlanta at the game! Didn’t you graduate from FSU? I have been a fan of Bama since a wee child.
Then you really enjoyed the game!
A beautiful Sunday in pictures. I have a lot of butterflies that seem to prefer hanging out on the back patio, or even sitting on our shoulders. Love it!
Blessings Pam,
Patti
