“Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world.”
Hebrews 1:1-2
“He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high”
Hebrews 1:3
Two of our fall favorites – goldenrod and sycamore …
… imagine the stories that would emerge from this place.
It would be interesting to know how many acres this oldie has plowed.

Wild sunflowers grace the countryside in September …
Pork loin with polenta, Venetian spinach, potatoes, and tomato chutney aioli!
Apricot drift roses are still in bloom!
“…Look, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest.”

Oh my goodness, do you have any idea how old these tractors might be? Love the old barn…yes there are stories to tell. The scriptures from Hebrews are a powerful description of the nature of God. Thank you for your faith and your gift in delivering it beautifully.

All so beautiful, Pam. Dear Ada on the dove hunt, Gave me memories of our home in VA. It was surrounded by corn fields and they would always hunt doves in September. Also, Ada was my mom’s name.
Next, the wildflowers. They look like what I call Jerusalem Artichokes. If so, their roots make wonderful pickles.
And, the sunset – absolutely glorious !
Thank you for the beauty and the memories. Have a beautiful day and a wonderful October !

Thank you sweet Sandra…Happy October!

Gorgeous sunset! It’s fun to imagine the lives the old tractor and truck have touched through the years. Many stories come to the imagination. Old barns have such wonderful character! Love country roadside flowers, too. Thanks for sharing these blessings, Pam. God is so good! (Don’t need to tell you that. You know it. But, it’s always worth stating again.) 🙂
