“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, …
…nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8: 37-39
Appalachian Aerial captured the winter beauty of Noccalula Falls. We feature it often but water dropping 90 feet after heavy rain produces a sight worth looking at from all angles.
Seth Richardson (our son) of Appalachian Aerial gives us a closer look!
A reminder of constant change that surrounds us in this life. Everything on earth is finite!
Memorial Bridge across the Coosa in Gadsden.
Only a few weeks away from new leaves and quickly changing scenery!
Butch’s favorite appetizer. He never tires of it!
About the only garden color these days is coral – and it’s bark!
The 1909 former Federal Building and Post Office in our downtown is well preserved and now used for offices.
The muddy Coosa is almost out of it’s banks. We’ve been in a drought according to statistics but that seems to be changing rapidly. We might like a little sunshine on our shoulders.

Gorgeous! What a lovely place. What is that coral barked tree, if I may ask? It’s beautiful.

Thank you so much. The coral bark tree is in our garden!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
I read your question wrong, Tammy. It is a coral bark maple.

The falls are so stunning, and the coral bark tree is a nice and happy surprise on these gray days! I don’t think I knew your son was a professional photographer…What exactly is Butch’s favorite appetizer? Have a lovely Sunday and week Pam,

Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you Jenna. Photography is a sideline right now, but he would love to be full-time. It takes time to build a business as we all know! Frito misto is the hubs favorite!

Seth’s video of the falls is amazing. Obviously, photographic talent runs in the family! Was it shot from a drone? Whenever we see raging water or wind, my husband and I comment on how it is evidence of God’s great power.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Roxanne, it was shot from a drone on Friday. We continue to have rain. God definitely shows his power in creation! Have a blessed week~

Hello Pam, I really liked watching the waterfall from above as well as the video, it’s another very fantastic dimension ..
Winter also has its beauty, and I refer to coral-colored maple … it is super beautiful !!! … although the other tree has a great majesty, so high and powerful.
Well, I think we should enjoy what the winter shows us because in a little while it goes away … and I like it a lot too.
Happy Sunday
Dolores
