“Forever, O Lord, your word
is firmly fixed in the heavens.”
Psalms 119:89
Hello Sweet Friends! I hope your week is off to a good start. We had a busy weekend, but the weather was gorgeous, which was a nice change!
As I was contemplating this week’s Tablescape I realized that I hadn’t used one of my china patterns since last summer. It was time to bring it back out, a favorite old standby!
Early morning sunlight dances across the dining room walls.
The china pattern is Artesian Road by Tracy Porter, now discontinued but can still be found on the internet.
The peacock bowl is filled with moss and seed balls for a simple centerpiece!
The aqua stemware was a great find at Tuesday Morning several years ago. Always remember when you need a table runner to check out your scarves. They work beautifully!
I love the bamboo-style edge on the plates! The handmade wood napkin rings were found at an arts and crafts shop in Kentucky!
Water hyacinth placemats provide texture for the table.
A pair of Tracy Porter vases hold snowball buds. We are expecting a freeze later this week, could be bad news for our bushes!
“A word fitly spoken
is like apples of gold in a setting of silver.”
Proverbs 25:11
Thank you dear friends for your visits and comments. I have the best readers !

Very earthy and attractive, Pam. The natural elements – napkin rings, plate edges, moss & buds – and muted colors, play well together.
The high winds and cold temps have made my daffodils bow down in surrender. Hopefully any freezes won’t hurt your landscape.
Have a good week.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you Rita. Everything has budded out here, the freezing temps could be disastrous!

What a great tip about the scarves! My wheels are already turning. The peacock bowl is gorgeous. My neighbor has peacocks which cause me mixed emotions…They are gorgeous in my yard with their fans spread, but they also make a mess, tear up my container plants, and are LOUD!

Your old standby is so beautiful Pam!…Thanks for the reminder of using scarves for a runner…a great idea..and have always loved that Tracey Porter pattern…so casually elegant! Hope your shrubs and plants do OK…it is so horrible when we have an early warm up and then a freeze…my hydrangeas have suffered in the past few years because of this….hopefully the frost covers will help….Have a great week Pam!

Thank you Shirley. We have a freeze warning for the next couple of days, we will see how it turns out! Happy Wednesday, Shirley!

Dolores, gracias querido amigo. Nuestro agradable clima cálido desapareció y ahora hace mucho frío para marzo. Algunos de mis árboles y flores pueden morderse las heladas. ¡Con suerte, sobrevivirán! Bendiciones, Pam

Wow I do love the Tracey Porter dishes- great color and design! The peacock bowl is the best and the scarf used for a table runner is a great idea! I’ve done that before but lost touch with the thought. Very pretty glasses- great color. We lost our Tuesday Morning a while back- I sure do miss them!

Your peacock centerpiece is swoonnn… love it !
Your china is really lovely and yes, when we have enough chinas we forget some, as we tend to use some that are newer. How fun it is to rediscover them too.
Such pretty table too !
