“casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.”

Hello sweet friends! I hope your week is off to a great start. Almost without fail Tuesday’s mean a new tablescape at Everyday Living. With the heat and threat of rain over the weekend I never got around to setting a table. By this time in late August, I am longing for cooler weather and hints of autumn. With that on my mind I dipped into the archives to bring you some autumn therapy. After all, it is my favorite season!

Are you ready for autumn? Thank you dear friends for your visits and taking time to leave a comment.

I enjoy each season. Even though I only experience a little bit of snow when we return to the LakeHouse in December. I do enjoy that little bit.
I can understand why you long for Autumn and it’s cooler weather. The heat and humid is not fun after a while.
You Autumn Therapy captures are exquisite! Quite Autumnal!

Thank you Nancy!

Pam, I am with you. This time of year the garden is looking tired and I find myself feeling the same way. Autumn is glorious in the Mountain State and October is my birth month. So, it has always been my favorite season as well, other than May when the peonies bloom.
All your photos are wonderful and make me anxious to see all the beauty that is on its way. I especially love the cotton field. Every time you post a photo of the cotton fields, it brings to the front my happy Mississippi memories.
Have a lovely week, sweet friend!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
My garden is definitely tired and so am I ?. Sandra, we share an October birthday. Thank yo7 dear friend!

Beautiful fall inspiration. I think fall is my favorite season. I am not quite ready to let go of summer just yet.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
I enjoy each season, but by late August I am ready for fall!
Roxanne says
These pics are just the boost my sagging August self needs! I love the South, will be here to the day I die, but by mid-August I feel as wilted as the garden. Running errands and getting in and out of a hot car is miserable. We have some oak trees that start dropping leaves in August every year (not pretty, just messy brown) and I know it means Fall is coming…they’ve started! Queue up me doing the Happy Dance!!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Roxanne, I am with you doing the Happy Dance!

Yikes, it’s chilly here. Fall has arrived. Hubby mentioned it’s time to turn the fireplace on. Fall is beautiful here but it makes me sad because our cold season last so long. I turn from the outside to wanting to bake pies and make soups.
I haven’t forgotten that you are painting. When do we get to see the reveal? Anxiously awaiting.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
I am so sorry you have to endure those cold Colorado winters. The painting has about killed us. I am now waiting on painters to show up!

When I need a “pick me up” I look to your blog. I always know that it is lovely what awaits me.

Oh Pam, I’m still clinging to summer and will with my last breath. But I have to say, your autumn images are fabulous!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
I understand Jeanie, your winters are so long just like our summers are here!
Belle Bleu Interiors says
Such gorgeous fall nspiration, sweet friend! Those autumn vignettes are stunning with their rich color! August is usually miserable here with triple digit temps, but this year it is different. It never got over 80 yesterday, and that had me dreaming of fall. Enjoy your Tuesday!!!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Enjoy your cooler temps Shannon! Hopefully they will be coming my way soon!

Lovely Pam….I do miss the true Fall up north. We have a “sorta” Fall with leaves turning colors but not the bright colors of a midwest autumn.

Kari, we might have some 50’s in the morning and a I might do a happy dance!

Oh I love all the pictures and makes me long even more for Fall. I love the smells of Fall. It is so hot and humid right now for us that it is so hard to think about putting Fall things out. Girl, I broke out in a sweat just going back and forth to my She-Shed to try and transition a tad towards Fall with a tablescape. But oh am I ready for Pumpkin pie, roasted marshmallows by the camp fire, boots and sweaters. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

Oh, yes! I am ready for autumn, my favorite season of all! We are starting to feel a slight change, and it is a sure sign that fall is in the air! I love the song by Clint Black about a change in the air ~ it always puts into words how fall makes me feel. I loved seeing all of your beautiful fall-inspired photos!! It will soon be here, Lord willing. God bless you, sweet friend. 🙂
