“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,”
1 Peter 1:3
Hello sweet friends! I am always so glad when you stop by for a visit. I am joining a group of bloggers to bring you a week of Easter tablescape inspiration. We are hosted by the talented Chloe from Celebrate & Decorate. You will find all of the links at the bottom of this post. Welcome to Tulips & Bunnies!
My inspiration for my table was this pink and white checked cloth that I recently ordered from Pier 1.
I am not sure why I always think that tulips and Easter just go together. But when I saw the yellow and pink tulips, I knew they would work well in my planned tablescape.
Bunnies were also in my plan, so a couple of moss bunnies hopped up to the table. You can see their first appearance in A Little Garden of Spring Bulbs!
The sweet Pasture Bunny salad plates are from Pottery Barn last year, but they are still available and are on sale.
Water hyacinth placemats add a little texture!
Have you tried Trader Joe’s sparkling pink lemonade? I really like it and it is perfect for an Easter brunch or dinner. I sometimes add a twist of citrus and berries!
You can see the floral border of the dinner plate under the bunny. It is my wedding china that is definitely vintage since we celebrated forty-six years of marriage in February. It is “Reverie” by Noritake and I still love it after all these years.
The silver-plated flatware holds sentimental feelings since my beloved mother gave it to me. Yellow napkins are cinched with cute bunny ear napkin rings!
Our Lord has written the promise of resurrection, not in books alone, but in every leaf in springtime.
~Martin Luther
You can arrange tulips, but they still have a mind of their own!
Petite egg cups are filled with moss and chalk eggs!
There are four bunny patterns in a set and aren’t they so cute?

Thank you for your visits and sweet comments, they truly make my day. Be sure to visit all of the talented ladies this week!

Pam, Your Noritake dishes have stood the test of time! The floral border is so pretty framing your sweet bunny plates! I love tulips and bunnies paired for Easter and spring too and your pink checked tablecloth provides such a pretty foundation for your table with the moss bunnies and egg cups! Love those bunny ear napkin rings!! I’ll look for Trader Joe’s sparkling pink lemonade next time I’m near one in town. It’s always a pleasure to join you at the table and blog hop with you. ♥

This is beautiful, Pam! Love the pink and yellow tulips centerpiece and I would like to have Pier1 and Pottery Barn here in Italy: tablecloth and bunny plates are really cute!
Bonnie Morgan says
Pam, I love the way tulips gracefully drape down. How pretty your pink check tablecloth is! It adds a sweet touch and the perfect contrast to accent your bunny plates and moss bunnies. Those are adorable egg cups with chalk eggs nestled in moss.
Your Noritake wedding china plates have the perfect delicate border for your cute bunny salad plates.
I bet Ella Mae likes your bunny ear napkin rings. They are too cute!
Thanks for an enjoyable visit to your Easter table this morning.

Oh, Pam ~ such a lovely table. It has Happy Easter written all over it. Your wedding china is so pretty under the sweet bunny plates. I do love your centerpiece and yes tulips do have a mind of their own. To me, that is their charm. Your new tablecloth is so pretty and perfect for Easter. Wishing you a beautiful day, filled with all the wonders of spring!

I have a feeling a trip to Pottery Barn is in my future. And that will be dangerous! (Although I’m also seriously considering bunny plates I saw at Home Goods if they last that long. Home Goods is tricky that way!). And I need NO NEW PLATES OR CHINA but that hasn’t stopped me before and I doubt it will this year. Our Easter will be a little wonky this year — we aren’t sure how many, where or if Rick can even be upright for it. He may still be flat on his back, leg elevated, 24/7. One thing is sure, I know my table won’t be as pretty as yours!
Love the use of the bunnies, and I’m with you on tulips and Easter. I tend to go that way too, or mini-daffs and drawf iris if I find nice ones. The pink and yellow is so cheerful — and Easter basket come to life!

Love the new table cloth as pink just says Spring as does the egg cups. I love what I can see of your china under the bunny plates. Have you shown a table with that before? Here my tulips are just emerging from the frozen earth. Isn’t it just like God to send fragil tender shoot out of earth that I can’t get a shovel in? Praise Him!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you dear Alice. I don’t often use the wedding china, but I will do a table soon spotlighting it.
Marsha says
Pam, my heart melts for these cute bunny plates. They look so playful, but make a perfect match to your vintage dinnerware. Gorgeous! And the pink and white checkered tablecloth really adds to the sweetness. It makes me feel so happy in a child-like innocence.

Pam, I know it’s the bunny plates that are featured here, but I honestly love that Reverie pattern. If I end up regretting giving away any set of china, it’ll be that one. I did, however, find a few platters that I missed boxing with the set I gave away, so I do have those. Love your bunny ear napkin rings on the sunny yellow napkins!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
I don’t often use the Reverie, but when I do am still love it!

Be still my heart! I am loving daffodils right but tulips are my all time favorite flower and yours are so gorgeous. I love them standing proud and tall or gracefully bending their pretty heads.
