Isaiah 9:6
There is simply no way to capture or describe a morning like this!
Something about the topography and our proximity to the river gives us foggy mornings when there is no fog anywhere else in the area!
At least this kind of weather cuts down on the trimming and mowing!
We have used our imagination and tried to envision how this might look adorned for Christmas!
It’s Thanksgiving and Emma will likely be thankful when Ella Mae let’s her go and all this photography is completed!
The big oaks are some of the last to “leave” for the winter!
A little mistletoe keeps this maple from being totally bare.
Sweet gum trees hanging on to a few leaves. These trees probably don’t need to remain at this spot or at least not all of them!
Chocolate anyone? Chocolate olive oil cake with a few extras!
It’s beginning look a lot like Christmas!
Taking advantage of a 70 degree afternoon to get some greenery for one of our doors. A very pleasant day to get outside decorating completed!
We hope you will be back tomorrow for Monday Morning Blooms and an exciting giveaway!

Beautiful December post, Pam. I so love your foggy mornings and the mistletoe. Mike would shoot it out of our trees in VA. We don’t seem to see it too much around WV. Such wonderful photos, especially those precious girls. They are so sweet.
Wishing you and your family a beautiful day, as well as the month of December. Many blessings, dear one.

Such beautiful photographs and scripture for this first day of December! The girls look so pretty in their Thanksgiving dresses. I can’t wait to see what you created for Monday morning blooms! Enjoy your day, sweet friend!

The first morning shot is spectacular Pam! The girls are so cute in their matching outfits! Seeing the European churches all adorned would be a special treat. The chocolate cake looks so tasty. Yum! My husband is already asking for a chocolate cake as we just finished up the Thanksgiving dessert. We know your house is so festive & we look forward to MMB. It’s beautiful sunshine here after several cloudy, stormy days & it’s very windy & cold (for us) so it feels like December! Have a wonderful Sunday Pam & Butch! Clara ❤️

Your “Paradise” garden juxtaposed above the cathedral seem to mirror one another…as though
both provide a place for introspection and glorifying the lord. How precious are the Thanksgiving angels…EM is such a little Mother. The first photo is breathtaking and the last
a tribute to your creative eye for blue & white on tartan amid Christmas appointments… Thank
you for your ever profound Scriptural reminders, Pam and Butch.

Happy December and on to more holiday fun! The sunrise is magnificent and we saw some incredible sunsets at the beach this week. Driving down I-65 last weekend was like driving through an Autumn rainbow, the trees were so spectacular! Your girls in their Thanksgiving outfits are adorable, and stealing the Autumn show for sure. We had fun watching the Iron Bowl, and even though Bama didn’t win, what an exciting game! My son in law is a big AU fan, so he was happy, but was nice and humble about it. I loved your sneak peaks of Christmas decorations, I can’t wait to get back to Bham and get started on the holiday fun! I know you had a very blessed Thanksgiving Pam and Butch, and I’m looking forward to Monday Morning Blooms tomorrow!

Love the two princesses frocks. So precious. Wish we had a forest to bring the pine clippings into the house. Need to let you know that often when I comment, the comment doesn’t post.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you Alice. I don’t know why, I have the same problem trying to comment on other bloggers. It is frustrating to type out a comment that doesn’t post.

My dear friends: The central garden area seems interesting. That fog gives it a serious and mysterious appearance. Although the grass is frozen, I still find it beautiful, I always like it in all its forms.
As I also like to see how girls grow day by day … they are beautiful.
In general you show us some very good photos, you have captured very beautiful moments.
It shows in winter, let’s enjoy it!!!

Gorgeous sunrise! I got a glorious sunset pic this week but haven’t had time to do anything with it. Love your fog pics also. Mike loves to walk on a foggy morning.

That sunset is so ‘hot’ that it reminds me of film I’ve seen of the California wildfires. But so very beautiful and much nicer than a fire!
