It is our hope that all of you experienced a great holiday! A new year and a new decade are upon us. Today’s post is number 270 for Simple + Southern Sunday and we are taking a look back at a few of our favorite pics from 2019. Out of almost 600, it was certainly not an easy task. We wish you a blessed 2020!

Cherry blossoms indicate the early days of spring!
Mountain laurel, an Appalachian, Great Smoky Mountain delight!
Not our little lamb or Mary’s, but a sweet one nevertheless!
Snowballs approaching maximum blooming, soon to turn white, but this actually blooms off and on year round!
Our second princess arrived in March!
Emma loves toes, but only if they are her own!
Zinnias were a hit all summer and one of Ella Mae’s favorites!
A peaceful summer day on Lake Gadsden and the Coosa!
The first dahlia bloom of 2019!
A colorful and delicious flatbread appetizer!
This was 46 and 47 is just around the corner!
Zucchini blossoms (one of Pam’s favorites)!
It’s fall if you were wondering!
Many things are beautiful in their own unique way, even fungus!
John Deere taking care of soy beans!
The close of this day was also near the close of 2019!

Oh, Pam, such glorious photos. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. There are two photos that are screaming for a frame. One is of Emma sleeping, she is truly angelic and the next is Ella in her pink ruffled pants. Both photos steal the show. However, all are above and beyond beautiful. Wishing you a wonderful 2020. You never fail to bring the blessedness and solemnity of Sunday to your blog, Pam and Butch, and today is the epitome of the beauty you have captured throughout the past year… It is difficult
to envision Nos. 2 & 25 not being as close to paradise as one could get on earth…compelling.
Little Emma, almost new, and already wearing Carmen Miranda and EM a photographer’s delight with that demure expression. I can surmise by the presentations that your food selections were choice. Dine away….. I look forward to the type of picture with a message that
the church and rising crosses depict that get us to thinking and rejoicing. Thank you for sharing your so-happy Grands and your dedicated existence.

My dear friend, what beautiful photos, what beauty … it is a pleasure to remember some of them, like those of the girls, where you can see how fast they are growing.
I’m aware that you can eat zucchini flowers, but I’ve never decided to eat them … I don’t know … I’m afraid … hahahahaha
The year has started and everything is going well. I wish you a year of happiness and blessings.
