“Lord, you have been our dwelling place in all generations. Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever you had formed the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.”
Psalms 90:1-2
It was good to see some sun this week. The sun is now about 1/3 of the way on the trek toward the summer solstice, its appearance a little further north each day!
“Let the heavens praise your wonders, O Lord, your faithfulness in the assembly of the holy ones!”
Psalms 89:5
Plenty of water in the Ocoee River last week. The historic flume that winds along the mountainside above the river is over 100 years old!
Abundant rain and even a little snow melt in this case energizes a beautiful waterfall!
Probably stood in the shadows of these woods for a long time!
French toast with lemon curd and blueberry compote. Low calorie ? Not a chance!
Just a neat pic…what can we say!
The outcast and maligned dandelion may be a real aggravation and ugly sight to serious lawn folks. But to give credit where it is due, they are resilient survivors even if they “don’t get no respect!”
An ever-changing afternoon last week brought us yellow, purple, pink, red and then orange, all in the span of about 5 minutes!
The reflection off the clouds seemed to paint our trees red-orange!
And this tells the story of all the late afternoon colors. God’s creation never disappoints and is new every day. A wonderful part of our everyday living!
”Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever”.

I enjoy your everyday living. So true, that God’s creation never disappoints! The sunsets this week have been glorious even though I see them through the trees at my house.
Ella Mae is dressed up with her ear bobs! She is getting more beautiful everyday. I would love to read Sister’s mind!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
“Ear bobs”, I haven’t thought of that word in a long time. Thanks for giving me a chuckle. Sister is about to walk, will I be able to keep up?

Dear Pam, where to I begin to comment on your beautiful photos? I can’t select a favorite today. But I can tell you the ones which tug at my heart. The dear church against the blue, blue sky, I don’t have proper words. And you know I always love the girls, they are beyond precious. When Emma begins to walk you will most likely need a really good pair of sneakers. I am always happy to see dandelions as it is the first food for the bees in the spring. And you know I think you have a magic touch in capturing glorious sunsets. I could go on and on, but it would be too much for you to read. Wishing you and your lovely family a beautiful day. ❤

Thank you so much Sandra! You are a blessing ❤️

Pam, The beautiful compilation of shots is so enjoyable to scroll through. It was wonderful to see the sunshine a little more this past week but we’re back in the rainstorms by tomorrow. Today is warm and sunny. 🌞 We’re going to enjoy it! Can
you believe it is March? The snow shots are so pretty; the church and the pine tree. The river and waterfall are really moving the water along! The last two shots are gorgeous! The girls are so cute! Ella Mae with her earrings is adorable. Happy Sunday to you both! Clara ♥️

Thank you dear Clara. Wishing you a delightful week!

Your post today takes us on a glorious whirlwind. I’m hungry, worn out thinking about keeping up with the two princesses, and giggling because of the “ear bobs” Miss EM is sporting, and thinking about the old building in the woods and what and who did what there. Also a show of Spring because of the dandelions blooms, knowing this is the first food the majestic honey bees have after a long Winter. God is great!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you dear Alice. I always think about old buildings and if only they could talk! Happy March!
the Painted Apron says
Wow, the first and last photos are gorgeous! I love the one of the snowy branches in Highland too, very artistic! The girls are so precious, you will have your hands full when Emma starts walking but you will have Ella Mae to keep her in check 🙂 Enjoy this beautiful sunny Sunday!

What would our beautiful EM do without her ear glitter? And Emma revving up for her first dashing steps across the room?
Love her expression…. “are you watching me?” Thank you for the Sabbath pause and wonder at the heavens in all its God-
glory…. those pictures are exquisite… Bless you all with peace and renewal this wondrous day.

Thank you Mary. Happy March!

What a great pictorial essay of your week! Hopefully, Pam, your own energy level is restored enough to at least keep up with your miniature bundles of energy. EM’s earrings are perfect with her outfit, while EK is looking for a way to sneak around. 😉 And no truer words could be said about the resilience of the dandelion! They are amazing. I’m loving the sun’s journey to the more northern position. Happy March!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you Rita. Happy March to you!

Dear friend, you show us a wonderful nature, which every day surprises us with its colors and lights.
The old barns have always impacted me. Those constructions that one day enjoyed good health in their forests and were useful for man … They are like helpless elders who patiently carry their old age … produce compassion for me …
Those who are young in the highest sense of the word are their granddaughters. You have captured them in a beautiful photo, they are very beautiful.
And I don’t want to finish without praising that plate full of calories that should be … mmmmmmmmmmm delicious!
This week I did not edit the publication because I had jobs in the kitchen of my house. The heating boiler said that it was no longer working, so I had to install a new one and with the corresponding horror that the new installation differs from the previous one …
A hug
Pam @ Everyday Living says
dolores says
Dear friend, changing the boiler meant working in the kitchen, pipes here and there … because the new boiler is a very large object that did not fit in the place where the other was … well, a full day without being able to Entering the kitchen, unable to cook and the next day the painters painted the ceilings and the kitchen is no longer the same … Horrible! the kitchen has lost a lot … I don’t like it …
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Dolores, lamento mucho que tu cocina no sea tan favorable como antes. Sé que es una gran decepción. ¡Esperemos que te adaptes y las cosas mejoren!
Mucho amor,
Pam

You capture God’s wonderful creation in both words and scenes. Love the church, the old building in the woods and the two beautiful girls. Yes, I imagine that Emma will be walking any day. The earbobs are precious on Ella Mae. That is what my late MIL called them. Any day that I open your blog, I know my day will be brighter. Thank you.

French toast with lemon curd? What a great idea to serve for company! The sunrises and sunsets all winter have been incredible. The snow on those boughs could be a Christmas card. I too love Bonnie’s “ear bobs”…that is what my father always called them. That is such a sweet shot of the sisters! Time change next weekend. It takes two weeks for my body to adjust, but I do love the extra light in the evenings.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Definitely add the lemon curd, it was fabulous! My aunt used to say “ear bobs”… It takes me two weeks to adjust to the time change!
marmeladegypsy says
Lemon curd on French toast? I wish I hadn’t read that. That could be big trouble in my lemon-lusting world! All your photos are beautiful, as are your two balls of energy. And the pine/snow photo is exquisite. Save that for holidays next year!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Jeanie, I don’t know if I would have ever thought of pairing lemon curd with French toast, but it was fabulous! Good idea about the pine snow photo!
