Happy Tuesday dear friends! Spring is popping out in our Appalachian Foothills! Forsythia, Japanese quince, daffodils, and redbuds (to name a few) are all in bloom with many others almost ready to bloom!

…and a lovely magazine to peruse!
Wildflowers and botanic garden dinner plates are perfect for one of my favorite spots during springtime…

This past year has made me much more aware of being still and enjoying simple pleasures!
Being at home more than usual has made me pause and thank God for all of His blessings, way too many that I have taken for granted.

Just beautiful Pam! I’m hard pressed to choose a favorite and especially love your tables in the garden! We’re warming up this week with temperatures in the 70s so it definitely feels like spring! Happy Tuesday ♥

Pam, your home dwelling has a host of areas where you can set beautiful tables. COVID or not, I would enjoy spending most of my time in such beautiful settings. All your (and RM’s) hard work in the way you cultivate and groom your landscape is definitely a visual treat as you set your tables. Lovely collections, beautiful displays.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you dearest Rita for your encouragement. As you very well know, it is a lot of hard work especially for RM. Enjoy your day!

Good morning dear Pam! So impossible to pick a favorite from all those beautiful settings! It is magical to see the garden come back to life. The sun is already up brightly shining, we should also be around 70 today. I’m trying to decide whether I’m brave enough to refinish an end table and whether I should put a mahogany stain back on or a bold ebony. Decisions, decisions!!! Thank you God for this good life.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Amen, Roxanne! Thank you dear one and have a great day however you decide to finish your end table. 🤗

Lavender macrons, Earl Grey tea, the wonderful smell of roses, your awesome garden, all so beautiful. You and Butch have created a heaven for all to see and enjoy. One question, where do you store these pretties? I so enjoyed this post, the ideas you gave me, that I set my table for spring. Thanks❤️
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you so much Alice for your sweet comments. You are always an encouragement. My kitchen has lots of cabinets and I store seldom used dishes in Rubbermaid and stash under beds.

Pam, these tables are a feast for the eyes! They are all stunning and would make a most beautiful coffee table book. I agree wholeheartedly with you about this past year. It has definitely made me appreciate the simple pleasures of life. As bad as things have been, I’m grateful for my many blessings, and the time I was able to share with my husband and children. I have many fond memories of us making the best out of difficult times. Happy Wednesday, my dear friend!

No matter what the day, your blog brings sunlight and cheer to existence. Each of these tablescapes is special in its own right
but the blue/yellow – pink/green combinations paint the loveliest pictures… Couple that with the fragrances one can imagine
from the backdrop of flowers, tea, flavored macarons, and the stage is set completely. All dazzling to the senses. Thank you
for this lovely visit.

Pam, I am running behind on reading my emails as we’ve been enjoying warmer weather for the past few days with no rain. I really enjoyed the look back on all the pretty tables with gorgeous linens, lovely dishes, and colorful, lush floral arrangements. Your lilac tablecloth is beautiful! I always enjoy your tribute table to your Mom. The AC tablecloth is so colorful and versatile. I finally bought some peonies and dahlias to plant. Hope I have some luck with both. Yours are so lovely! Today we have daffodil blooms! Yay! They’re such happy flowers. This past year has indeed taught many of us to appreciate things we took for granted or only gave a quick glance rather than our full attention. Slowing down has allowed me to appreciate our home life and surroundings. I’ve enjoyed gardening and cooking so much more since I wasn’t rushing to accomplish other activities. Have a wonderful evening sweet friend. Your blog had sustained me this past year and brought much joy! Clara ❤️
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you Clara for your sweet comments. I am so glad you are seeing daffodils. Peonies and dahlias are some of the prettiest flowers! Happy Friday, my friend ♥️

That lavender table spread made me think of my own dear Mom, too. She LOVED that color. I miss her so much – even more so, as the days around us become so exceedingly evil and so much is changing. I miss her prayers. She would have loved having tea with you seated at such a lovely table. God bless you for sharing so much beauty with us here.
