Happy Tuesday, sweet friends. Can you believe that August is coming to a close tomorrow? My favorite season will officially begin September 22. However, I start celebrating early!
“It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.””
Deuteronomy 31:8
With all things autumn on my mind, I am sharing ten fall tablescapes to hopefully inspire you for the upcoming season!
Click the highlighted links to view the original posts.
Fall is my favorite color! I love its warm palette of brilliant oranges, golden yellows, rusty reds, and chestnut browns.
My tablescapes often have elements with memories attached. The very old stoneware pitcher belonged to my paternal grandmother!
A garden table is ideal to welcome autumn!
The saffron-colored cloth is a French made tapestry that was given to me by a precious friend. Wicker chargers provide texture for vintage Johnson Brothers “harvest time” dinnerware!
A blooming pumpkin is the perfect centerpiece for a fall table and is not as difficult to make as it might appear.
Williams Sonoma pumpkin still life salad plates and pumpkin tablecloth were used to further enhance the pumpkin theme!
Easing into autumn with a transitional table that could just as easily be a farewell to summer!
I was smitten back in 2003 when I first saw the Tracy Porter hand painted dinnerware in a Horchow catalog. I didn’t waste time ordering eight place settings.
A box of autumn remains one of my favorite tablesettings. Cold apple cider served in copper mugs helps to keep the warm temperatures at bay!
The floral tablecloth blends well with Spode “woodland” dinner plates and feather placemats!
A warm throw used as a table covering provides a charming ambiance for a cozy autumn table!
I love the mix of patterns with floral placemats, plaid chargers, and Spode dinner plates. A copper pitcher holds a bouquet of summer to fall flowers…sunflowers, dahlias, celosia, and zinnias!
Blue and white is timeless and works anytime, anyplace…
…I love to mix it with other colors like orange!
Glorious October afternoons encourage spending time in the garden…especially for a shared meal!
“There is a wealth to September with its bounty of saffron blooms and golden light and flaxen grasses. Its gifts for the taking – for those who know true riches.”
~Greta Crank
With a perfect blend of gorgeous light, bold colors, distinct smells, rustic texture, the table strikes a chord of autumn harmony!
There are no fresh flowers, nor any real pumpkins, yet the table easily speaks of autumn with ceramic pumpkins and faux fall stems!
Vintage pumpkin-colored placemats and napkins offer a feeling of warmth!
RM foraged the woodlands and creek banks for wildflowers. He never does anything halfway. His Arctic Cat was filled with goldenrod, wild sunflowers, daisies, asters, summer cedar, fox tail, and maple leaves. I love this kind of arrangement that is wild and free!
I invite you to join me a week from today, September 6, for a Welcome Fall Tablescape Blog Hop featuring twenty table stylists!
Thank you for your visit and gracious comments. Wishing you a joy-filled day!

How. Quickly we leave summer behind and start thinking about fall. I hold onto summer as it’s such a short season in Maine.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Summer can be very long in Alabama. I try not to rush the seasons.

Loved this roundup of autumnal gorgeousness. Pam, you are blessed with SO much creativity. I do well to have a Mason jar of loosely arranged flower clippings from my garden on my kitchen table. Thanks for sharing your beautiful tablescapes. God bless you and RM as you continue to glorify Him together through your wonderful blog posts.

I love all your tablescapes Pam and your Fall collection is no exception. So inspiring! I need to revisit a few of my older Fall tablescapes for a bit more inspiration of my own. LOL… I sometimes forget what I have and haven’t used previously.
I don’t like to see the summer end, but I do enjoy the Fall and Autumn colors, the weather, the smells, the apples and pumpkins and well, just about everything to do with September and October. Thanks for the memories of your lovely tables.
Blessings Always
Kari
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Kari, compiling a round-up helps me remember what I have hiding away in closets and cabinets 😂
Alice Genzlinger says
Whew! That’s a lot of tables. I appreciate all the thought and work put into each of them. RM will need to build a structure just to hold your decorations, China, crystal and beautiful table cloths. When are you going to write a book? You have everything you need for a best seller. Beautiful photography and RM to forge on his Artic Cat. Best wishes for the best of weeks.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Alice, thank you for such sweet comments. Wishing you a lovely last day of August.

In tablescape #1 you use amber glasses. Any idea where you purchased them? I have been looking for these for a long time to increase the number I now own. I believe I purchased mine at World Market when they carried lots of tablescaping items.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
I sent you an email.
Rita C. says
Oh, these are just so gorgeous, and put me right in the mood for fall. I love the Tracey Porter plates and its transitional appeal, and the Williams Sonoma still life plates, and that French fabric is lovely too. You have a rich inventory of autumn elements, Pam! Looking forward to next week’s inspiration!

Since fall is my favorite season, I think I gravitate to the warm colors in linens and dishes! Thank you, Rita

Pam, All the tables are gorgeous! I love the transitional table with the peacock centerpiece. That is a fabulous piece! I love the turquoise stemware
and the dishes are a favorite too. Looking forward to the blog hop. We’re ready for fall as well. Fortunately the extreme heat has somewhat subsided and we’re back to the usual hot and humid temps. Have a great week! Clara❤️
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Clara, we were so thrilled to get rain yesterday afternoon. We had missed all the rain last week, it seemed to be all around us, but never even sprinkled at our house. Thank you ♥️

Hello Pam, thank you for the beautiful photos of your table scapes I absolutely love them! could you please give me some tips on how you organize and store your beautiful pieces? Thank you kindly, Taunya
Taunya Daley says
Hello Pam thank you for the beautiful photos of your extraordinary fall table scapes, they are second to none. Could you give me some pointers on how to store seasonal table scape items? I’m sure you’re a pro at it! Thank you kindly, Taunya
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thanks so much, Taunya. I wish I could tell you that I have great organizational skills, but I don’t. I do try to keep all of my seasonal elements together. Unfortunately, I spend too much time hunting for one particular missing item that I want to use. Organization has never been my strong point. I do have large bins that I store seasonal items. Each one is marked with what is inside.

Hello, dear Pam. I absolutely could not begin to pick a favorite. What a treat it would be to be a guest at one of your gorgeous autumn tables. We are ready to see fall arrive, although we have not been beaten up by the heat and terrible rains as many parts of our country. Enjoy autumn and alll her glory – the holidays will be knocking on our door – soon!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thanks so much, Sandra. I don’t like to rush the seasons, but it seems like it has been a long and hot summer.

Pam, this post is a feast for the eyes. So much autumn gorgeousness to be seen. I am so ready for fall to arrive. I look forward to seeing your beautiful fall table next week. Unfortunately, I am going to have to sit this one out. Our entire household has been sick with Covid since the end of July. Most of us came down with secondary infections. It has been a continual cycle of people being sick. Fingers crossed we all seem to finally be on the mend. Hopefully, I will be able to join the next hop. I always have so much fun. Take care, dear friend, and have a most beautiful day!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Shannon, I am so sorry you and your family have been so sick with Covid. Thankfully, you all are on the mend. You will be missed on the blog hop. Happy September, sweet friend!

Pam, all these tables are just gorgeous! I chuckled at your comment that compiling a round-up helps you remember what you have hiding away – its so easy to forget what is stashed away in various closets and cupboards lol. I love the box of autumn table too and the autumn harmony as well, but they are all lovely really and thank you for sharing. I hope you have a beautiful rest of the week!

What a fabulous sense of color, form and balance….any one of those settings would announce Fall
placed on those equally autumnal table coverings. Shame on moi, I have not brought down my
bins of dishes, linens and arrangements yet. You inspire me to get going….

Thank you, dear one. I hope to transition decor to fall over the weekend.

It’s like settling in with a favorite magazine! I love it!!! I wish zinnias were a big part of my garden. They all get all mildew-stricken for some odd reason. They are perfect for your fall decorating!!! You always have such beautiful arrangements and tablescapes!!!

Thanks so much, Alycia. Have a lovely Labor Day Weekend!

Seeing the condensation on the outside of the copper mug took me way back to my childhood. Do you remember the multi-colored copper drinking “glasses?” My oldest sister had a set of them, and when I saw your mug, my mind went straight back to them. Isn’t it funny how a picture can do that? I love all your tablescapes and it is truly amazing how you can create so many different themes and color arrangements! I especially loved the blue and white with the orange. I would never have thought to combine those colors. It is just a joy to come and see all you have done over the years. God bless you!

Thanks for sharing your sweet memories and for your visit this morning! Blessings ~
