Happy Tuesday dear friends. Can you believe April will arrive this Friday? That means one fourth of 2022 will have passed. I am excited to join seventeen table stylists for a tablescape blog hop full of ideas hosted by my friend, Rita from Panoply. If you are looking for Spring and Easter tabletop inspiration, you have come to the right place..
“Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live,”
John 11:25
Easter is one of my favorite holidays. I love all of the joy it brings…Resurrection…New Life…Family…Food…Fellowship to name just a few!
I had planned to share an outdoor table, but the wind was blowing so hard it was impossible. Plan B was the dining room which is where we normally have Easter lunch. Most of my centerpieces are floral arrangements, but I opted for something different and really easy. No purchases were required. Using a yellow pedestal bowl, I placed a smaller bowl inside in order to elevate the rabbit. I then tucked moss all around the interior bowl and set the rabbit on top and filled in any gaps with more moss. The Fitz and Floyd rabbit teapot is part of the Herb Garden collection designed for garden enthusiasts. The tray is also part of the collection which was manufactured between 1996 and 2000. My sweet husband surprised me many years ago with all of the pieces on the table plus a tea set.
You will find the links for all of the talented table stylists at the bottom of this post.
The small rabbit was made by my beloved Mother and it brings me great joy to always place it on our Easter table. It reminds me of all the fabulous food she prepared and stirs precious memories of every holiday being celebrated around her table. I never remember her serving anything on a paper plate, she didn’t even have them in her pantry. She had the wonderful gift of hospitality and everyone was welcomed at her table.
On a recent trip to Birmingham, I persuaded RM to stop at Home Goods. Much to my delight, I found this lovely Rachel Ashwell tablecloth.
I have four of the Crown Ducal hand-painted salad plates that I purchased from Nancy’s Daily Dish last year. Each one is signed by the artist, R.E. Hague, and depicts beautiful flowers like the chrysanthemum!
American Atelier “Baroque” chargers are placed on pastel green linen placemats with Noritake “Reverie” dinner plates and stemware. The asparagus lidded box is also a piece of the F & F Herb Garden collection. Chalk egg napkin rings came from Cracker Barrel a long, long time ago.
After our morning church service, a little later in the afternoon, our family gathers at our house. We will hide eggs for the grands and then will enjoy a traditional Easter menu, much like my Mother prepared.
Camellia, our state flower!
Moss bunnies hopped onto the table! We have noticed the return of one of our naughty bunnies who likes to live under the magnolia tree!
Sweet egg cups are filled with M&M’s. These had to be guarded, as little hands were eager to sample. Can you keep a secret…I may have eaten a few!
Poppies, I love the way they dance in the wind!
Two petite flower arrangements of dogwood, snowball viburnum, and periwinkle in vintage laboratory flasks!
Chalk eggs were added to the platter!
Hydrangeas, one of my favorite flowers!
Fitz and Floyd Herb Garden salt and pepper set!

Just beautiful Pam! I love your Fitz and Floyd Herb Garden pieces… I don’t recall seeing them before. The garden salt and pepper shakers are darling! I love how you placed the bunny pitcher in your bowl with moss, paired with the moss bunnies on your table. Your petite flower arrangements so pretty and I’m smitten with our hand-painted Crown Ducal plates. As always it’s a treat to hop with you and join you at the table. Happy Tuesday. ♥
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you Mary. I have used the bunny before but I don’t think I have ever used the other pieces for a tablescape. I am not sure why I haven’t ☺️
Bonnie Morgan says
Stunning, Pam! So many beautiful elements! The Fitz and Floyd bunny placed in your scalloped yellow bowl with moss and surrounded by bunnies and eggs is delightful.Your vintage laboratory flasks filled with darling flowers are so pretty. I adore the flower choices especially the dogwood. Dogwood has always been an Easter symbol to me.
Those Crown Ducal plates are exquisite! The FF salt and pepper shakers are so lovely. Now, you are ready for your family Easter meal and don’t have to worry about flowers lasting.
Wishing you a lovely Easter with your precious family.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you, Bonnie. The joy of the centerpiece is it will last until Easter!
Maria says
One of the many things I love about your Easter table is how you bring out the south and your native state! I love the dogwood flower, and it’s the first time I see it incorporated into a table arrangement. So pretty! Your Fitz & Floyd is wonderful, too. Your table is so charming, Pam!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you, Maria. I am always foraging in our yard and clipping from our garden for blooms!
Ruthie Miller says

Your centerpiece is just lovely flanked by the two petite flower arrangements. Those floral plates from Nancy are beautiful. It is always such a pleasure to hop along with you, your tables are always so spectacular. I hope you have a wonderful spring and a blessed Easter. 🐣 💜
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Ann, your comments are so sweet and thank you!
Patti @ Pandora's Box says
Your table is perfect for Easter with all of your spring flowers and colors! What really caught my eye are your stemmed glasses, so delicate and such a pretty color. Your dishes are perfect for the holiday and spring! I also thought the Lab beaker is a clever idea! Have a joyous Easter!
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thanks so much, Patti. Wishing you a joyous Easter season!
K.L. Hale says
Pam, as always, you bring the holidays to life. Easter is also one of my favorites. That small bunny made by your Momma touched my heart. Undoubtedly you are passing down her rich traditions. The beautiful flower plates (I didn’t know your state flower! And I love hydrangeas, too!). The chalk eggs and chocolate ones (I would’ve sampled too!). It’s the colors, the green moss, the happiness behind the perfect palates, that reminds us we will soon be celebrating our risen Savior! Hooray! My twin and I gave ourselves nicknames years ago. I call her “bunny” and I’m
“Mousie” (I’d much rather be Bunny! Lol). I think of her when I see them. Sending you love and I appreciate your prayers so much as my schedule becomes fuller! 🙏🏻💛
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thanks so much, Karla for your sweet comments that warm my heart. You have a twin sister?? How have I missed that?
Sending love and prayers 💛🙏🏻
K.L. Hale says
You’re very welcome! I really do need to write about being a twin! I actually thought I had at one time, but may not have posted! Thank you for the love and prayers. Today’s first Lunch and Literature at the Primary School went splendid. It was SO GOOD to walk into my “old” school. The parents were a delight! I sold about 30 books. I really didn’t care about selling as much as just connecting with the parents and kids. It was a complete bonus. Tomorrow I will do the same for 3 groups of parents. It turned wet and colder today and a dip tomorrow. But sun should return by weekend! It’s spring! Love and hugs dear, Pam! 🤍💚
Roxanne Bernard says
Pam, the best part of your beautiful table are the sweet memories of your mother. Her little bunny is a treasure. Mothers of our generation were the epitome of gracious Southern hostesses. To this day I long to pick up the phone to ask my Mama how she cooked something or the best way to decorate. I know your memories are so precious, and now you get to pass them along to EM and EK.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you, Roxanne. I love sharing my memories. You are correct, our mothers’ generation was the epitome of charm and hospitality. Happy Wednesday!
Kari says
Pam, I always enjoy your table settings, you have such a way with your flowers and decor pieces. Love the bunny in the pretty yellow bowl. So clever and beautiful. I really liked the chalk egg napkin rings from Cracker Barrel…they surprise us with unique decor from time to time, don’t they? The petite flower arrangements are so special and using the laboratory flasks was genius. I, too have flasks and for years I have only used them in Fall tables…great inspiration my dear friend.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you, Kari. Cracker Barrel used to have some wonderful gifts, I haven’t stopped in a long time to just browse. Have a wonderful day, dear friend!
Rita C. says
Your centerpiece is a main attraction for me today, Pam! What a wonderfully thoughtful gift Butch chose for you! The teapot is fabulous. All those raised details are gorgeous on it and the other pieces. You must have to be very careful in storing those to avoid chipping. A perfect choice of Crown Ducal salads from Nancy’s Daily Dish incredible inventory. And every time I see your Reverie I wince just a little, knowing I gave away a complete set of that. I may need to recover a few pieces for my pared down dish inventory. They are so dainty, so happy in appearance, and the glassware in that line is just a perfect spring green. Clever display of the flowers on the table too! Always a pleasure to visit your table virtually, and imagine the family blessings around it. Thank you for being a part of this hop, Pam.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thank you, Rita. The pieces stay in my display/book cabinet. I appreciate all you do to make the hops successful!
Marsha says
Pam, what a gorgeous garden inspired tablescape. I love the intricately detailed F&F tea set that your thoughtful husband purchased for you. You created such a lovely Easter table around the whole set. It warms my heart to see a special bunny made by your mom. All of the wonderful memories she created, passed on to you and now you carry on with your family. Your floral plates are so elegant and contrast so beautifully with the moss and moss bunnies. Certainly, it conveys a bunny’s garden. It is always a pleasure to hop with you and take pleasure in your exquisite dining room.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Thanks so much, Marsha. Your sweet comments warm my heart!
marmeladegypsy says
What a great table, Pam! I have to get some of those M&Ms. The egg cup is a wonderful idea for that! Love your dishes and that cheery yellow tablecloth and your bunny centerpiece just makes me smile very big indeed. I especially love the use of the dogwood, lovely and symbolic. It’s beautiful.
Pam @ Everyday Living says
Jeanie, you must get the M&M’s. Thanks so much!
Alice Genzlinger says
RM is the epitome of the perfect spouse. What a sweet and thoughtful gift as he remembered your love of setting a beautiful table for the seasons. The yellow bowl used on the pretty yellow tablecloth surrounded by your moms tiny ceramic rabbit and everything Spring makes my heart sing. Little fingers should be sneaking those cute eggs in the egg cups. Even the grandmother can’t resist,
Pam @ Everyday Living says
I agree he is the best! Little hands will be eating plenty of candy! Have a wonderful day, Alice’
