““Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!””
Psalm 46:10
Butch and I were in Savannah a couple of weeks ago on business. I spent time shopping, eating, and walking (favorite activities) while he attended meetings. Situated in the historic district, Jones Street has been voted one of the most beautiful in North America by Southern Living, so I spent a couple of hours admiring the beautiful 19th century homes that line the cobblestone street! Let’s not waste any time, the weather is perfect, get your comfortable walking shoes on and join me!
Be sure to check out last year’s Strollin’ through Savannah. Spanish moss drapes the live oaks on Jones Street.
The last four photos were not taken on Jones Street but still within the historic district.
What about you…have you ever been to Savannah? What did you enjoy the most about your trip? I certainly hope you enjoyed our walk today. Thanks for coming along with me!
