Sunday and sunshine are a welcome combination after a cold and wet week. And so many across the nation experienced ice and snow with record low temps and major power outages. Even our neighbors in Alabama not many miles to our northwest had a snowy week!

Winter Flower Therapy

Happy cold and wintry Monday! I know much of the country has been impacted by snow, ice, and bitter cold. Last week we had a couple of warm days before the cold hit us. We haven’t seen the sunshine in quite a while and brrr…it’s cold!

Warm greetings as we start this week on a holiday with another Federal Holiday tomorrow. Presidents day does come with an off day for some, but not at my place! If you are still working and get an extra day…good for you!

Winter mornings have provided some beautiful skies of late. We even had a day last week that reached low 70’s. That was short lived. I almost didn’t mention it, given the temps that many across the country are facing now.READ MORE
