Happy Tuesday, sweet friends. Autumn has finally arrived in our Appalachian Foothills! We have enjoyed the most gorgeous autumn weather for the past three days with lows in the lower 40’s and highs in the low 70’s.

I enjoyed a warm, pleasant, October morning while on a sunrise walk through the fields last week. The mornings are cooling off now however, with the cold front that made its way south yesterday bringing low-to-mid 40’s. Tomorrow is my sweet Daddy’s 93rd birthday. We will celebrate with a small party at his home. Even though he uses a walker and doesn’t get around very well, Daddy still lives at home and has an amazing mind. He is a blessing to our family and all who know him!
