Daddy, My Favorite Veteran

I repeat this story often, because we must never forget the sacrifice of the greatest generation. Not only the greatest generation, but the sacrifice of all of those who followed and are still following in their footsteps. I want my grandchildren to understand that men and women have paid a great price for our freedom.

We love sunflowers and this is a favorite photo from last July. Our sunflowers will be blooming soon, and I am excited to see their bright yellow faces! Since RM’s retirement, he has had so many projects on his to-do list. He has done the bulk of the work in the garden, I just mainly weed and give suggestions!READ MORE
