Happy Sun…day to you. Large heavy sunflowers bloomed at the top of these stalks. When they were spent I cut them since they were only pulling the plants down. We’ve never had a variety that produced numbers of smaller flowers below the main attraction. It is hard to see them all but this stalk has 8 flowers. Summer mornings are nice when the flowers open up and the garden welcomes a new day. I didn’t venture too far from home last week.
