I hope you’re all sitting down with your coffee…or your tea…whatever suits your fancy, because today you are in for a real treat!  If you remember last week, I participated in an Autumn Tablescape Blog Hop and my, oh my! Twenty-six amazing and talented bloggers came together with the coordination of our fabulous hostess, Chloe from Celebrate and Decorate to bring you the tablescape party of the season!  And since I know a lot of you, my readers, share my love of tablescaping, I wanted to share these creative bloggers with y’all!

Autumn Tablescape Blog Hop: Under Our Old Oak Tree

Don’t we all love a good party?  I know I do…and today you are invited to one that will start your week off right!  I am so excited to be in the midst of a talented group of ladies to bring you an Autumn Tablescape Blog Hop!  That’s 27 tablescapes that are sure to give you ideas and inspiration as we head into this new season!  Chloe from Celebrate & Decorate is our hostess with the mostest, and you will want to check out the schedule at the bottom so you don’t miss a thing! 

Long anticipated autumn is here and it gives me all the feels…it’s my favorite season!  Cobalt blue skies, delicious soups, the ever changing fall foliage, and the crisp air are just a few things that make this the time of year I look forward to the most!  Every Tuesday here at Everyday Living, you are promised a tablescape…in the dining room, the garden, or on our patio with our new-and-soon-to-be-revealed pergola!  But today, I want to take you out to a place we’ve only been once…under a canopy of trees in our side yard.  There is plenty of shade, and the breeze feels just right!  Please join us under our old oak tree!

The wind is always blowing in our neck of the woods, and on this hot September day, I was very thankful for it!  As you can see, the candles were not lit, but I was hopeful!

Tablescape Tuesday: Early Autumn Evenings

Ready or not, here comes autumn…and I’m in the spirit of the season!  So far, you’ve seen my kitchen vignette and my foyer, and today, I am taking my favorite season to my favorite spot…the garden!  There are countless things I love about this time of year, with the shorter days that seem to invite rest being one of them!  Come have a seat and enjoy this early autumn evening with us! 


The only new items purchased for this setting are the pumpkins…don’t we love all things pumpkin?


The tablecloth is vintage and was a gift.  Faux leather chargers, pumpkin colored dinner plates, and leaf plates in different colors complete the dish stack.
