A lot of you ask me where I keep my “stuff” that I use for my tablescapes. The answer is simple: anywhere I can find a place! Most of the time, it stays tucked away until needed, but a few days ago, I decided to look through my table linens, just because. And don’t you just love when you run across something you forgot about, that has so many memories attached? In my looking, I came across tablecloths that I had made 14 years ago for an alfresco dinner party…and not just any dinner party…for my Mother’s 70th birthday party that I gave her! So I pulled them out, feminine and pretty, and in mint condition having been used only once, for that most special occasion! My sweet discovery took me back in time for a moment and became the inspiration for today’s tablescape!
The colors in the floral tablecloth are ideal for our garden setting.
