Hello dear friends. Thank you for all the sweet and comforting messages and emails that you sent to us on the passing of our daughter-in-love’s precious Daddy and our granddaughters’ Popsie. Each one meant so much to us.

Tomorrow we will celebrate Thanksgiving with fewer around our table than ever before. The cooking has begun with all of our traditional dishes being prepared. My Thanksgiving table is set and ready for the big meal!
Usually Christmas decorating begins the day after Thanksgiving at our house. However, the Sunshine Cottage is almost finished and a tree may appear in the dining room by Thursday. Today you might need a little ten minute break from cooking or decorating.
