Happy Tuesday sweet friends! Can you believe that Valentine’s Day is a couple of weeks away? I feel like we just celebrated the new year! I have always loved Valentines Day…I love the romance and love that the 14th day of February brings out in all of us. And it’s not just a holiday set aside for you and your significant other, but it can be a lovely day for you and your girlfriends, spending time with a widow, or anyone who could be lonely this time of year!
On Saturday, Butch ran a few errands and brought home a dozen roses, just because! He got these particular roses because of their unique color…an orange-red . When I saw them, I knew they would make their way to a tablescape and the idea popped into my mind…”a Paris theme”! Because after all, it is one of my favorite cities, and it’s the time of year for those X’s and O’s! Pull up a chair and join us!
Butch and I have been to Paris twice…once in 2003 and again in 2006. I took this picture of the Eiffel Tower while on a dinner cruise on the Seine. The meal was fabulous and the scenery was the absolute best! Strolling violinists stopped by our table to serenade us, isn’t that romantic?!READ MORE
