July has been extremely hot with triple digit heat indexes which I don’t seem to handle as well as I once did! Rain had been scarce until this past Tuesday when we finally had significant rainfall.

In 2015, I started dreaming of a potting shed next to the garden. I mentioned it to my RM (aka Butch) and he agreed, but life was busy. We are blessed to have easy access to a good viewing spot on the lake about 5 minutes from home. Pam and I were taking a short walk along the shore, but didn’t stay as long as planned.
