“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
1 Thessalonians 5:18
Hello my sweet friends! Thanksgiving is quickly approaching. Do any of you somehow feel it has become the holiday that is sandwiched between Halloween and Christmas and that it is not getting its proper due?
Thanksgiving should not be just a single day, but a season of thanks. Better still, what if we lived every day with a heart full of thanks for the blessings that we have been given! I often challenge myself and others to make a thankful list. It will lift our spirit as we begin to take inventory of our blessings that we often take for granted. As our family gathers at our home on Thanksgiving Day, we will be giving thanks to the Giver of all good gifts.
