The sun rises and shines every day, but in the real world we don’t always get to see it. A foggy, rainy December day on the lake with Lookout Mountain almost hidden in the background. We witnessed a light frost yesterday morning, but it was a gorgeous November Saturday. In fact, the last Saturday in the month I do believe. Pam braved the chill and actually made this photo! Are you now wide open in Christmas mode?

This scene looks wintry, but it was actually a very pleasant early morning last week…so pleasant Pam was out at sunrise getting photos while I was being lazy! The clouds are usually set aglow with fiery oranges by the rising sun, but this day the clouds reflected the light and the grassy fields were glowing! Much cooler, seasonal temps are predicted here for Thanksgiving. Pam thinks the colder weather adds a nice finishing touch to the holiday festivities. What do you think?READ MORE
