Hello sweet readers! We have enjoyed our first full week of spring and it is truly bursting out all over our Appalachian Foothills! The redbuds are blooming and I believe they are more beautiful than I ever remember. Our snowballs are in bloom and the garden is awakening from its winter sleep. Spring always brings warmer temps and bright beautiful colors as well as changes to our tables…both food and decor! I revised and updated a post from a couple of years ago, so let’s bring spring to the table!
