Hello sweet friends. Can you believe February 1st is one week from today? I have heard from many readers that January and February are their least favorite months. However, February is one of my favorites because I love Valentine’s Day, and best of all…Renaissance Man and I celebrate our anniversary in February!

Sunshine Cottage has been reserved for a romantic table for two. I didn’t have any trouble getting reservations. We have a special chef for the evening, can you guess who?
