All three of my grandchildren love books and always enjoy someone reading to them. The oldest, EM (almost seven) has become an excellent reader and now reads to her younger sister and brother. When both girls were very little, I began reading Beatrix Potter to them. The girls and I are fans of Beatrix Potter’s “The Tale of Peter Rabbit” written in 1902. I have read Peter Rabbit to my two granddaughters more times than I can count. We love watching the short videos on YouTube of Beatrix Potter – The World of Peter Rabbit and Friends. I enjoy them as much as EM and EK. READ MORE
Hello sweet friends. Spring is filling our northeast Alabama Appalachian Foothills with amazing beauty! With a freeze this morning, and predictions of below freezing temps tonight, some of the more delicate blooms and buds may suffer. We can only wait and see!
