“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord.”
Have you all noticed how much I love color? I like it in my wardrobe, in my home, and of course on my tables! I’m just a big fan of color! But sometime it’s fun and even necessary to change things up a bit! This past weekend, on a whim, I decided to do something totally different for this week’s tablescape. I put away the color, and let the white and gold take over for a more elegant look and feel. Butch (Renaissance Man) and I put a lot of work and effort into this one, but in the end, it was worth all of the sweat drops and trips to and from the kitchen! Step into our garden and join us for an “elegant evening”!
I spotted a pair of vases a few years ago at Tuesday Morning and immediately loved them, but they were ridiculously high. I waited patiently for them to go on sale and finally one day I walked in and there was only one and it was marked down at a big reduction! I didn’t think twice, I bought it and it is the star of this table!
*I have something very exciting to share with you all! Next week, I will be participating in an Alfresco Tablescape Blog Hop, hosted by Chloe from Celebrate & Decorate! She has so graciously invited 25 bloggers to come together to bring you what will be the tablescape party of the summer!
