Hello sweet readers! Our hearts are so full of joy and thanksgiving as we announce the birth of our precious new grand baby, Emma Kennedy Richardson!
Emma was born on March 26, at 5:39 a.m. weighing 9 lbs. 2 oz. and 22 inches long. They barely made it to the hospital. The nurse had to deliver her because the doctor didn’t get there in time! We are so thankful that baby and mommy are doing fine.
Seth and Allison brought Ella Mae to our house at 4 a.m. and they had an hour and fifteen minute drive to the hospital in Birmingham. We were able to go back to bed and sleep a little while, thinking there would be several hours of labor. Much to our surprise, when we got up at 6:30, we had a text from Seth saying Emma had been born. Ella Mae was so excited and ready to go meet her baby sister!READ MORE
