Welcoming a new day as February winds down, knowing March is just around the corner (and has now arrived). We are expecting upper 70’s today with a warm week ahead, but many are no doubt still in the grips of winter. We wish not to boast by mentioning temps and showing hints of spring, but hopefully these are signs and encouragements to all of us that the thaw has always come and will come again!READ MORE

Tuesday was a pleasant morning considering it is February, and the sunrise was an undeniable blessing and gift to get us moving along our way. With the sun just below the horizon, these “on fire” clouds look blustery and summer-like…but not so. Mid- February can bring a lot of variation to our skies and our day-to-day weather here in Alabama. We are expecting 70ish degree days this week, but no doubt there will be more winter before spring makes a final takeover!READ MORE
